Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

EYDOYK offers a free trial so you can test the service before purchasing. We strongly recommend using the free trial to ensure the service works for your needs.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date, provided you have used less than 5 GB of traffic during that period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via Telegram: @eydoyk_bot. Please include your payment reference or Telegram username.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if: the 7-day refund window has passed, more than 5 GB of traffic has been used, or the account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 7-day refund window.
